Datalyze Solutions GmbH is a partner in the research project: EA 2.0 Electric Drives – Phase II and is expanding its expertise in production digitalization.
Project Objective
The aim of the research project is to develop the competitive electric machine of the future, as well as to ensure the transferability of the research results to related areas such as railway drives.
Description
Electric drives are already widespread today, and their importance is increasing due to climate change. Conventional combustion engines are being replaced by electric drives.
In addition to availability and efficiency, higher power density (power-to-weight ratio) is one of the central requirements for developing new electric drives. To remain competitive, disruptive approaches are needed to redesign and manufacture electric machines from the ground up. Digitalization offers enormous opportunities in this regard.
We look forward to fruitful collaboration with, among others, SIEMENS, Innomotics, Fraunhofer IPK, and INGWERK GmbH.
